SRMC helped me every step of the way. I have never had a hospital stay in all of my 70 years and the staff answered all of my questions and kept me involved with what was happening. I know I gave all of the nurses and Doctors a run for their money with my never ending fears, beliefs anxiety and questions, but they never made me feel as if they were bothered by it..I'd use SRMC again if, God forbid, I ever have to. All of the medical staff made good eye contact when giving me instruction. They showed compassion by always telling me what was going to happen and then saying how happy they were when I accomplished the task. Overall they showed concern for my comfort and well being. I was very grateful.

I haven't been to an ER in over a decade and have never been to SRMC ER before. The staff was nice and the process was smooth. They listened to me and everyone I spoke to was kind and caring. They ran labs, a CT scan, were able to diagnose me and give me my first round of antibiotics, sent my rx to my pharmacy. I was there from 11:30 am - 6:30pm. It was not busy when I was in the waiting room (11:30-4:18) but when I left, at 6:30, it was packed. Go to the ER early if you are considering going. I went because a Dr at Teladoc said I needed to go to the ER and get a CT scan. I'm thankful the ER Dr ordered one and went over it with me only an hour after having it done. I'm glad I went.
