I am sincerely grateful to be part of this residency program, and my experience thus far has been highly rewarding. The program maintains an ideal balance between delivering rigorous clinical training and prioritizing resident well-being through thoughtfully designed wellness initiatives. Not a day goes by without learning, and the training never feels monotonous. Whether it involves submitting abstracts to conferences, engaging in research or quality improvement projects, presenting during didactics, leading morning reports, or mentoring junior residents, there is always something enriching to participate in. A defining strength of this program is the support system created by the faculty, seniors and chief residents, who not only provide guidance and leadership but also remain approachable and attentive to our needs. The guidance and friendships I have built here make this program truly feel like home, and I look forward with enthusiasm to the remainder of my training.
